What We Offer

Polished Cleaning uses a professional line of products including sanitary, color coded microfiber clothes & germicidal disinfectants to gently yet effectively polish and clean all of your homes surfaces. We complete the following routine tasks for each & every home we service:

  • Dust furniture, ceiling fans, light fixtures, lamps, lamp shades, window sills, blinds, artwork, pictures, exposed baseboards, exposed A/C-heat registers, knick-knacks doors & door frames
  • Vacuum carpets/rugs & sweep/mop bare floors
  • Clean fingerprints on light switches
  • Spot clean doors
  • Clean mirrors
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Wastebaskets (emptied & relined)
  • Change linens on one bed (all others straightened)
  • Clean tubs/shower stalls
  • Clean sinks & faucets
  • Clean toilets (interior & exterior)
  • Clean countertops & backsplash
  • Spot clean cabinet & drawer exteriors
  • Clean towel racks, rails, & toilet paper holders
  • Clean exterior of small kitchen appliances
  • Clean sinks & faucets
  • Clean microwave (interior & exterior)
  • Clean exposed exterior of stove including drip pans/grates
  • Clean exposed exterior of refrigerator
  • Clean exposed exterior of dishwasher & trash compactor
  • Clean exposed exterior of washer & dryer

Our Extra Services

Along with the full line of routine service listed above, the services listed below are available with advance notice, at an additional charge. These items are not included in our standard services:

  • Hand wash kitchen & bathroom cabinetry/drawers inside & out
  • Hand wash baseboards
  • Hand wash doors, door frames & windowsills
  • Oven clean (please run self-clean cycle the night before if applicable)
  • Refrigerator clean (we will not throw away items)
  • Other tasks agreed upon by both parties

Additional Information

The following items are rules & requirements that we strictly adhere to for the safety & security of both our staff and your personal belongings:

  • It is presumed that the home will be picked up in order to facilitate the best cleaning
  • For our staff’s safety we do not climb higher than a 2-step-ladder, items higher than this will only be dusted with an extension duster
  • For our staff’s safety we do not move furniture, but we will do our best to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster
  • For our staff’s safety we do not pick up any animal feces or urine
  • Please store any firearms securely before each service
  • Please allow some time for dust resettlement after our service – we do our best to limit the dust in the air but cannot completely eliminate it
  • In order to minimize rearrangement of your items, if any surface has more than 6 items on it then only a Swiffer Duster will be used to dust those items & the surface
